My collaboration with the Granara Festival started in 2015 with a sensorial theater workshop under the title How can we find that which is not sought after? A residency based workshop in the countryside, which culminated with a site-specific public presentation.
The essence of the project, the location of the Granara state and the special atmosphere and way of living developed by the organizers and the inhabitants of the state, have made created the perfect conditions to build a relationship which has strengthened over time. In 2016 I will come back to Granara to work with the members of the Centopassi association on poetry as a means to find their personal and collective identity.
The next step will take place in 2018 and will include, along with another workshop, the development of a permanent sensorial installation in one of forests surrounding the state.
